cuisine takes on a new dimension based on local produce, and with
special attention given to seasonal fruit, vegetables, fish and

At ANDRA MARI,
the vegetables come from our own market-garden, as do the tomatoes,
the peppers, the parsley, the aromatic herbs - rosemary, basil,
thyme, verbena and sage-. Other fruit and vegetables are bought
locall at the indoor market for fresh products (Mercabilbao).
And the freshest fish in the Bay of Biscay is brought from the
fishing port of Ondarroa. This is the secret of ANDRA MARI's delicious
cooking, the combination of produce from the best market-garden,
sea and forest and the enthusiastic work of an entirely profesional
team.
